Headaches, talking about one even gives me one at times. This particular word when gets nasty can ruin almost everything for you and believe me when I say that I know what headaches mean.

These are very simple to make, for Ginger, Green, Peppermint, Mint and Lemon Grass all you need is a cup, a tea pot and hot boiling water.
For Headache remedies, Pick any item and place it in the bottom of the tea pot along with 1 teaspoon of sugar. Add boiling water on top and place the lid. Let it steam for about 5 to 8 minutes pour and drink sip by sip. You will feel the headache go away in about 10 to 15 minutes. For the milk tea, take a cup of milk and bring it to boil adding 1 tea spoon sugar and 2 strong Lipton Black tea bags. Drink it hot and you will feel way better than before.
Headache Cures – Use of wet tower
Wet towels or clothes is considered one of the best headache cures specially when you are going crazy with the headaches, grab a tea towel from the kitchen rack and soak in cold water or soak it in water and place it in the freezer. 5 Minutes later squeeze all water start placing it on your forehead slowly one dab at a time. Then place it on your head repeating the dabs and this headache cure will cool you down enough to have the headache go away.
Relieve constant Headache with these Exercises
This helps in more than one way and considered as best headache treatment and you will see the difference yourself . For headache treatment, slowly lift your arms straight above your head and rotate in a clockwise motion above your wait. Very slowly taking your time and feeling all your body parts stretch one by one. Sit down and place your feet closed together in front of you, hold them with your hands and bend forward.
